North Haugh

The North Haugh campus, located to the West of St Andrews, will undergo significant developments over the next ten to 15 years. 

The vision for the site is that it will be a multipurpose space, with a science campus to the east and residential buildings to the west.

External space will be developed as parkland and open to the community with positive biodiversity measures in place on the campus to address potential flood issues. 

The new campus design will take a ‘people-centred’ approach, with traffic movements kept to the perimeter to create more public squares and communal outdoor spaces.
